Tool: Check your internet security

How secure is your computer on the internet? How do you know? Check and make sure at Shields UP!

It was easy to do. I just followed the instructions, and clicked on the appropriate buttons. It tested my firewall, to make sure that a hacker could not gain control of my machine remotely. Note that this does not check your email security. You can still be vulnerable to unintentionally downloading a program that will hijack your computer.
