Prizes for Canadian small businesses

Dell (Canada) is offering some tempting technology prizes, in a contest geared toward small business excellence.

To enter, you have to answer this question:

Describe how your business has employed information technology to improve customer experience. Please show how the use of information technology by your company has driven significant change and/or developed a competitive advantage by delivering superior customer value and experience (maximum of 500 words).

Deadline is October 20, 2006.

Owen Mead-Robins, our friend from Oprius, gave us the tip on this contest. He also points out that any small business person should be able to answer that question, with or without a contest! Thanks, Owen!

So, how have you used technology to benefit your customers?
