The 3 Point Business Plan

Simplified business plans are a specialty here, and I’ve found another simple outline to share.

This is a 3 point business plan:

1) a description of the new business
2) the consumer appeal to the new business, and
3) a plan to implement the new business.

If you did no other planning, this would get you off to a great start.
