This week at the store, I improved the promotion of special orders, and I created a tool to track items people ask for that we don’t carry. Both will (hopefully) lead to incremental sales improvements.
This isn’t a paid item, but I’ve managed to offer a bit of help to some new business folks this week, through this blog. Always makes me feel good to hear that my comments have helped someone.
