Go ahead! Take a bow for something good this week!
The point? You get to brag about something you did, and we’ll all applaud!
The sneaky point? To get you to take time to review your performance this week. Any lessons you can learn?
It’s fun! Anyone can join in. If you have a small town or rural connection, so much the better! Feel free to include a sentence about your business and your home town, if you wish.
The rural small business blog. We talk about small town business, with how-to articles, especially on social media marketing and making your community a better place. We use this “author” for announcements and other things you’ll want to know.
My brag this week isn’t about me. It’s about the amazing team of superstars I’ve begged into being my Executive Producers. One of them, from Oklahoma, BLEW ME AWAY with her abilities to put together a great podcast with an ensemble cast.
My other EP did a swell job of convincing a full cast of never-done-it-before types to step up and podcast. Boy, what a feeling that is! She’s even got 14 or more episodes outlined. That’s thinking ahead. I often record *my* podcast while writing the notes at the same time.
I’d like to brag about PodCamp, but it hasn’t happened yet. Hey Beck, want to come to Boston for 2 days?
So, Chris, you are really bragging that you picked a terrific team! Congratulations on knowing how to find and work with great people!
I’ll go to Boston just as soon as you buy my ticket! :) And I’ll brag that I got asked to teach a class on podcasting at the local university’s professional development center. I guess that’s one way to make money from podcasting!

Howdy!
Glad you dropped in to the rural and small town business blog, established in 2006.
We want you to feel at home, so please take our guided tour.
Boy, do you have a failure basket, too?
