  1. I agree to look within in these tough times. Another perspective is to look at your entire supply chain from suppliers to customers and identify opportunities to reveal hidden wealth. Most small businesses manage inventory but they do not optimize it. Many small businesses can reveal 15% more wealth that can be used to not survice but thrive.
