The Brag Basket is open! This one is for January 22-24, 2016. Bring your good news, big or small, to share with everyone. What good news will you share?

What can you do in the Brag Basket?

  • introduce yourself
  • share some great news from this week
  • congratulate a friend
  • applaud for each other
  • confess your undying love for rural places

How do you join in? Below this post is the comment section. Add your good news there.

Reading this in your email? Hit reply.

Don’t like to brag? Just share some good news for yourself or a friend.

Just don’t make it an ad. I delete the ads. If you talk more about the people involved than the things, you’ll be fine.

It’s a conversation with friends. So jump in. And remember to cheer for each other.

  1. Got this wonderful comment via email:

Hi! I’m Mary Ingersoll, the new Director for Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce in Savannah, Mo. I also own 2 businesses locally and my husband owns another. The position has been restructured from an almost full time in-office position to 20 flex hours weekly. I live here, I work here, and I’m committed to making this town great. This position will give me a great platform to do some good work for the community.

Thank you for your work. I’ve enjoyed your posts and e-mails.

Mary, thank you so much for all you do to make Savannah, MO, a great place! Cheers!
